🎯 Responsibilities You’ll Take On

As a 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻, your day-to-day tasks will involve:

• Designing wireframes, UI layouts, and interactive prototypes using 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗮 or 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝗫𝗗
• Creating visual assets for 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, including banners, social media creatives, and infographics
• Supporting user research to enhance the 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
• Collaborating with the 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 teams for seamless integration of visual designs
• Developing 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱-𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰𝘀 and print-ready materials
• Iterating on designs based on internal and user feedback

🛠️ Skills You’ll Need

Design Tools:

• Figma or Adobe XD (for UI/UX design)
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (for graphic and print design)

Design Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀
• A good eye for 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝘆, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗿𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁
• Awareness of 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 for digital and social platforms

Soft Skills:

• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Effective time management and deadline discipline
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

🎓 Who Can Apply?
