💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with industry-standard tools like 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝗜𝗹𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽, and 𝗜𝗻𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻
- Apply core design principles including 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝘆, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗿𝘆, and 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀
- Understand client needs and translate them into impactful visual designs
- Handle 𝘃𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, and corporate branding materials
- Participate in a 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀, including multiple technical and practical rounds
- Collaborate virtually or in-person from one of Vista’s hubs in 𝗠𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗶, 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲, 𝗕𝗵𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘄𝗮𝗿, 𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗲, or 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸-𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺-𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮
🧠 What You Should Bring
- Knowledge of 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 and 𝗜𝗹𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿, including tools like:
- Pen tool, Pathfinder, Gradient, Mesh tool, Selection tool
- Background removal, vector editing, and curve smoothening
- 1+ year of experience (freelancing or working in creative roles preferred)
- Education in 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱𝘀
- Basic English comprehension and communication skills
- Exposure to workshops or artistic projects like doodling, calligraphy, or sketching
- Familiarity with 𝗠𝗦 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a plus
